Cancellations

Returns
We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items with all original tags attached within 3 days of delivery. Items not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a full refund.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Hygiene products: For hygiene reasons, some items such as swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or damaged items: We follow stringent safety checks to prevent any and all kinds of manufacturing defects in our products and store photos of dispatched products for protection against legal liability.
